Job Requirements

high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless exempted for medical or religious reasons
experience in janitorial or cleaning services preferred
must have reliable transportation
ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
willing to work 2nd shift Monday through Friday from 6pm to 2:30am
must pass medical, background, and drug screenings

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
experience in the janitorial industry a plus
medical cleaning experience a plus
successful applicants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption
must pass post-offer medical screening
must pass background screening
must pass drug test

Job Duties

cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
sweeps and/or vacuums floors
dusts furniture and equipment
polishes metalwork
washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork
washes windows, door panels, and sills
empties wastebaskets
transports trash and waste to disposal areas
replenishes bathroom supplies
transports small equipment or tools between departments
must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations
