Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
reliable transportation to travel to client locations
ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccination policy or have approved exemption
flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and reach regularly
ability to work in quiet environment with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or granted medical or religious exemption
experience in janitorial industry a plus
experience in medical cleaning a plus
able to pass post-offer medical screening, background check, and drug test

Job Duties

Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas
sweep and/or vacuum floors
dust furniture and equipment
polish metalwork
wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork
wash windows, door panels, and sills
empty wastebaskets
transport trash and waste to disposal area
replenish bathroom supplies
transport small equipment or tools between departments
maintain reliable transportation to travel to all client locations
