Alamo Parcel Logistics is currently hiring full-time Delivery Drivers to join their growing team in San Marcos, Texas. This role offers a four-day work week with 9-hour shifts, providing employees with a balanced work-life structure. The Delivery Driver position is designed for individuals who are energized, customer-obsessed, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. While prior delivery driver experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, as the company provides paid on-site training to ensure every driver is confident and prepared. The job requires strong communication and customer service skills, a dependable nature, a high work ethic, and a safety-first mentality. Drivers will follow specific daily routes delivering packages to residential and commercial locations, repeatedly loading and unloading the delivery van, and adhering to company procedures and strict safety protocols.

This role requires physical stamina as drivers must be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds multiple times per day and navigate stairs and various types of communities including residential areas, apartments, and business offices. Candidates must also be flexible with their schedules, including the ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and extended hours during high-volume periods. A valid driver’s license is required, and applicants must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Drivers must also possess a Department of Transportation (DOT) certification and be eligible to work in the United States.
