Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Offer every guest, on every visit, a superb experience that creates a lasting memory
- Greet every guest to welcome them to the restaurant early in the morning
- Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to standards
- Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Restock work area before leaving shift
- Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
- Report problems promptly to the supervisor
- Ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented correctly
- Ensure that hours of operation for the restaurant are maintained
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures and all relevant regulations
- Operate POS system properly for taking all types of guest orders
- Charge guests and collect payment accurately
- Answer the phone properly and assist guests
- Maintain restroom cleanliness and keep guest areas clean
- Prepare food products including chicken salads, side salads, soups, desserts according to recipes and standards
- Prepare guest orders with strict adherence to quality, portioning and appearance standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- Close the line kitchen properly and assist others in closing
- Attend all scheduled meetings and report equipment and food quality problems
- Use standard recipe cards for all food preparation
- Complete opening and closing prep and checklists
- Maintain proper product temperatures and portion control
- Clean equipment thoroughly and timely
- Respond professionally and courteously to guests and team members
- Support the team as a team player
