Job Duties
- Offer every guest a superb experience that creates a lasting memory
- greet every guest to welcome them to the restaurant
- support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
- maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients
- complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- restock work area before leaving shift
- adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
- attend employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
- report problems promptly to supervisor
- complete other assigned duties as needed
- ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented according to procedures
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures and regulations
- greet guests, take food and beverage orders, expedite orders, assist with dining room service
- properly operate POS system and handle guest payments
- answer phone and assist guests with inquiries and orders
- restock drink station and maintain restroom cleanliness
- prepare food products according to recipe and portion standards
- maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- close kitchen properly following procedures
- promptly report equipment and food quality issues
- use standard recipe cards for all food preparations
- maintain portion control and product temperatures
- clean equipment thoroughly and timely
- keep service area clean and free of debris
- complete daily tasks timely and thoroughly
