- Previous restaurant and/or retail experience a plus
Job Duties
- Offer every guest a superb experience that creates a lasting memory
- Greet every guest to welcome them to the restaurant
- Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to company standards
- Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly in accordance with company standards
- Restock work area before leaving shift
- Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
- Report problems such as faulty equipment and product shortages to supervisor promptly
- Complete other related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented properly
- Ensure hours of operation are maintained during shifts
- Comply with established safety and sanitation procedures and all relevant regulations
- Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and assist with dining room service
- Properly operate POS system for guest orders and payment processing
- Answer phone with knowledge to assist guests and take phone orders
- Restock drink station and expo area, maintain restroom cleanliness, empty trash cans, and keep guest areas clean
- Maintain proper product temperatures and portion control
- Clean equipment thoroughly and timely
- Keep work area clean and free of debris
- Complete daily tasks timely and thoroughly
- Complete opening and closing prep and checklists
- Prepare food products according to company recipes and portion standards
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- Close the line kitchen properly following checklist
- Promptly report equipment and food quality problems to management
- Use standard recipe cards for preparation and do not rely on memory
