Job Duties

  • Offer every guest a superb experience that creates a lasting memory
  • Greet guests warmly during early morning shifts
  • Support and assist fellow team members proactively
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area following company standards
  • Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all food products and ingredients
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
  • Restock work area before leaving shift
  • Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
  • Attend scheduled employee meetings and contribute suggestions
  • Report equipment or product issues promptly to supervisor
  • Ensure presentation of specials, promotions, and marketing plans
  • Maintain restaurant hours of operation during shift
  • Comply with safety and sanitation procedures and regulations
  • Properly operate POS system for guest orders and transactions
  • Prepare a variety of food items adhering to recipe and portion standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas
  • Close kitchen and work areas according to checklists
  • Promptly report product shortages and equipment problems
  • Use standard recipe cards for all food preparation
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Restock drink stations and maintain restroom cleanliness
  • Keep work or service floors clean and free of debris
