Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with team members and guests
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Previous restaurant and/or retail experience is a plus
- Ability to stand and move for the duration of the workday
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to perform duties at any station in the kitchen, service area, or register
- Must adhere to company uniform and grooming standards

Job Duties
- Offer every guest a superb experience that creates a lasting memory
- Greet every guest to welcome them to the restaurant
- Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to standards
- Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Restock work area before leaving shift
- Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and contribute suggestions for improvement
- Report problems promptly to the supervisor
- Complete other related duties as assigned
- Ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented according to procedures
- Ensure restaurant hours of operation are maintained
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures and regulations
- Greet guests, take orders, expedite orders, and assist with dining room service
- Operate POS system accurately for order taking and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Prepare food products according to recipes and portion control
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- Close kitchen properly following checklists
- Report equipment and food quality problems
- Maintain proper product temperatures
- Restock drink station and clean guest areas
