Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age or older
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to clearly and professionally communicate with team members and guests
Ability to multitask
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Reliable transportation to and from work
Previous restaurant and/or retail experience is a plus
Ability to stand and move for the duration of the workday
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to perform duties at any station in the kitchen, service area, or register
Must adhere to company uniform and grooming standards

Job Duties

Offer every guest a superb experience that creates a lasting memory
Greet every guest to welcome them to the restaurant
Support and assist fellow team members whenever possible
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area according to standards
Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly
Restock work area before leaving shift
Adhere to company uniform and grooming standards
Attend all scheduled employee meetings and contribute suggestions for improvement
Report problems promptly to the supervisor
Complete other related duties as assigned
Ensure specials, promotions, and marketing plans are presented according to procedures
Ensure restaurant hours of operation are maintained
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation procedures and regulations
Greet guests, take orders, expedite orders, and assist with dining room service
Operate POS system accurately for order taking and payments
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Prepare food products according to recipes and portion control
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
Close kitchen properly following checklists
Report equipment and food quality problems
Maintain proper product temperatures
Restock drink station and clean guest areas
