Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
minimum two years serving experience
TABC certification
Food Handler certification
strong communication skills
ability to work full-time
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
willingness to assist team members as needed

Job Qualifications

At least two years serving experience
ability to communicate and understand the predominant language of guests
high school or equivalent education preferred
TABC certification required
Food Handler certification required
experience in Hilton or similar branded full-service hotel preferred

Job Duties

Welcome and greet guests
inform guests of specials, pricing and menu options
make recommendations based on guests preferences
answer questions about food, beverages and restaurant services
perform side work at start and end of each shift
maintain clean service areas
monitor guests dining experience and respond promptly to requests
prepare final bill and process payments
assist fellow servers as needed
assist bussers with clearing and setting tables
thank guests and invite them to return
fill in as directed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
