We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated AM Servers to join our team. This role is critical in bridging the kitchen and our guests, guaranteeing that food is served promptly and that every table’s needs are met with professionalism and care. AM Servers are expected to rise early to perform essential prep and cleaning tasks ensuring a smooth and efficient start to the day. This role demands individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, have a genuine passion for customer service, and possess the ability to remain organized, calm, and friendly under pressure. The ideal candidate will be proactive in anticipating guest requests, adept at handling multiple tables, and committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience.

As a key member of the hospitality team, the AM Server is responsible not only for taking and delivering orders but also for maintaining cleanliness and order within their work areas. This includes supporting kitchen staff when necessary, ensuring a seamless workflow between the front and back of house. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Must be able to work early morning shifts
Strong physical stamina to lift heavy trays and stand for long periods
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Must have a friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of food service regulations
Strong customer service and interpersonal communications skills

Able to utilize quick thinking and apply quick resolution to guest issues in accordance to the brand standards

Job Duties

Welcome guests with a friendly greeting and a smile
Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
Deliver food orders to guests in a timely and courteous manner
Relay and/or enter order into POS system for the kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and/or bar
Observe guests to fulfill any additional requests and to perceive when meal has been completed
May assist kitchen staff by ladling soup, tossing salad, portioning desserts, brewing coffee, and performing other services as determined by needs of the restaurant
Clear and reset counters and tables at conclusion of each guest
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
Perform opening and closing duties
Work with the hotel team to create and deliver a memorable service experience for guests
Provide guests with the finest quality of service at all times in a warm and enthusiastic manner
