We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team at THesis Hotel Miami. As a Restaurant Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, playing a crucial role in shaping our customers' dining experiences. Responsibilities include preparing the restaurant for service, greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, describing dishes to guests to enhance their culinary experience, and ensuring accurate order taking, including special requests. Collaboration with other servers and kitchen/bar staff is essential to maintain smooth operations and timely service. Additionally, addressing guest concerns with professionalism and maintaining positive guest relations are key elements of this role. Timely and accurate presentation of the bill finalizes the guest dining experience.

The ideal candidate will have an engaging and welcoming personality, be skilled in descriptive selling of menu items, and possess 2 to 4 years of food service experience. Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits is important, as is the ability to efficiently work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve guest issues tactfully are essential to succeed in this role.

The position offers a compensation starting at $10.98 per hour.
