Job Requirements

  • Valid TIPS certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
  • Legal age to serve alcohol in Colorado
  • Minimum one year serving experience
  • Experience with restaurant point of sale systems
  • Ability to work early mornings including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift and change 7.5-gallon beer kegs
  • Effective communication skills in English

Job Qualifications

  • Have valid TIPS certification or willingness to receive training within first 90 days
  • Be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages in Colorado
  • Minimum of one year serving experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Some bartending experience preferred
  • Ability to comprehend and communicate in written and verbal English
  • Physically able to change out 7.5-gallon beer kegs

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service during breakfast hours
  • Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
  • Follow portion pour procedures for all beverages
  • Assist with bar orders as needed
  • Operate the restaurant point of sale system efficiently
  • Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the dining area
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
