Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment
- Knowledge of menu items, allergens, food preparation, and beverage options
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature
- Check back with guests regularly and anticipate needs
- Process payments, handle cash, and balance receipts accurately
- Maintain table cleanliness, reset tables, and support dining room organization
- Communicate guest needs and concerns to management or kitchen staff as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
