Job Requirements
- Two plus years of experience as a supervisory or assistant manager in Food and Beverage
- Previous experience in hotel and fine dining preferred
- Ability to operate computer equipment
- Knowledge of OpenTable and Microsoft applications
- Experience with MICROS or other POS systems
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Elevated leadership skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Customer service orientation
- Guest centricity and understanding of guest preferences
- Fluency in English
- Current work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Be present at all times of high occupancy to ensure professional, courteous and efficient guest service
- Establish and maintain adequate equipment and product par stock
- Handle guest service enhancements and resolve guest complaints to full satisfaction
- Stay current with F&B offerings and collaborate on VIP experiences and pop-ups
- Perform pre-shifts to ensure professional appearance and posture of employees
- Manage staff communication, training, coaching, documentation and performance evaluation
- Manage daily activities and assist in planning for future events in the outlet
