Job Requirements

  • Two plus years of experience as a supervisory or assistant manager in Food and Beverage
  • Previous experience in hotel and fine dining preferred
  • Ability to operate computer equipment
  • Knowledge of OpenTable and Microsoft applications
  • Experience with MICROS or other POS systems
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Elevated leadership skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Customer service orientation
  • Guest centricity and understanding of guest preferences
  • Fluency in English
  • Current work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Be present at all times of high occupancy to ensure professional, courteous and efficient guest service
  • Establish and maintain adequate equipment and product par stock
  • Handle guest service enhancements and resolve guest complaints to full satisfaction
  • Stay current with F&B offerings and collaborate on VIP experiences and pop-ups
  • Perform pre-shifts to ensure professional appearance and posture of employees
  • Manage staff communication, training, coaching, documentation and performance evaluation
  • Manage daily activities and assist in planning for future events in the outlet
