We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated cooks to join our hotel kitchen team. This is an hourly, part-time position offering $14.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delectable dishes that delight our hotel guests, ensuring taste, presentation, and timely delivery. Job Duties
- Follows instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals
- uses various ingredients and cooking equipment
- moves around the kitchen and multi-tasks
- prepares ingredients to use in cooking (chopping, peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
- cooks food in various utensils and grillers
- checks food while cooking to stir or turn
- ensures great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- keeps a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- ensures all food and other items are stored properly
- checks quality of ingredients
- monitors inventory and places orders as needed
