The role of Customer Service / Cashier / FOH (Front of House) Crew Member / Team Member is integral to the smooth operation of our restaurant, particularly during the important opening shift. This position focuses on creating a warm and engaging environment for guests from the moment the restaurant opens its doors, with shifts starting as early as 5:30 a.m. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a cheerful and positive attitude, the ability to maintain consistent eye contact with guests, and the enthusiasm to foster genuine emotional connections. This role requires standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting heavy objects, making physical stamina an important aspect of the position.

The position is generally part-time, catering to those available during the summer months with the potential to continue through the school year. While prior experience in customer service, cashier roles, or restaurant crew is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to build their background in the hospitality and service industry.
