  • Minimum of six months of kitchen experience
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • solid foundation in culinary skills including knife/prep work and flat-top cooking
  • willingness to work AM, PM, and weekend shifts
  • compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • strong communication skills

  • ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • manage food preparation timings to meet delivery schedules
  • adhere to portion control and minimize food waste
  • participate in team meetings and training sessions
