- willing to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work independently
- physical stamina to stand for long hours

Job Duties
- assist the chef in production and fabrication of food products
- maintain adequate production levels within the kitchen staff
- prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables and cutting meat
- ensure food and other items are stored properly
- keep kitchen environment sanitized and orderly
- follow cooking procedures including grill, saute, and fry methods
- work with culinary leadership to create menus reflecting seasonal availability
