As a Line Cook, you will be crucial in executing our menu with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment. The position requires open weekend availability, reflecting the dynamic nature of restaurant operations, and demands individuals who thrive under pressure and take pride in their craft. You will manage station readiness, uphold sanitation standards, and ensure timely, quality execution of dishes according to clearly defined recipes and plating specifications. Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred

- Basic food safety knowledge
Job Duties
- Handle, store, and rotate food properly to ensure freshness and safety
- Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating specifications set by Home Team
- Maintain a sanitary and efficient workspace throughout prep and service
- Set up the steam table with proper water levels, heat food to correct temperatures, and ensure readiness for service
- Maintain par levels by keeping the steam table stocked, heated, and service-ready
- Follow prep lists from Executive Chef or Sous Chef, ensuring all ingredients are properly prepared and stored
- Cook and assemble menu items from the station, ensuring quality and consistency
