Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of line cooking experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or formal training is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must comply with food safety regulations and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • 2 years of previous line cooking experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
  • Capability to manage a single station in the kitchen
  • Strong desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Manage a single station in the kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food delivery
  • Assist in inventory and stock management as needed
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
