Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of previous customer service experience
  • Ability to speak, understand, and write English
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry continuously during shift
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Ability to speak, understand, and write English proficiently
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry and local area preferred
  • Previous hosting experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
  • Ability to follow procedures and work efficiently in a repetitive and fast-paced setting

Job Duties

  • Greets and seats guests in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Accurately and quickly takes and enters guest orders
  • Communicates guest orders to servers according to standards
  • Takes guest reservations
  • Responds to guest needs and provides high-quality service
  • Assists servers and bartenders with order taking, bussing tables, and restocking
  • Operates Micros operating system and cash register
  • Follows cash handling and POS procedures
  • Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant and work areas
  • Completes all required paperwork accurately and timely
  • Follows hotel emergency and guest incident procedures
  • Works as a team player contributing to restaurant and bar success
