As an AM Dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and properly stocking all dishes, pots, pans, flatware, and glassware to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly throughout breakfast and early service hours. You will maintain the cleanliness of the entire kitchen area, including dry storage, walk-in coolers, and other essential kitchen sections, performing duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
