Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble cold menu items including salads fruit displays charcuterie cold appetizers dressings and garnishes
- Set up and stock the pantry station for breakfast and brunch service
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain proper food handling labeling and storage procedures
- Monitor product freshness and minimize waste
- Assist with prep work for other kitchen stations as needed
- Keep the work area clean and organized in compliance with health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and supervisors
