We are currently seeking a dedicated Cold Kitchen Cook to join our culinary team. This role is vital in ensuring the quality and presentation of our cold menu items, which include a variety of salads, fruit displays, charcuterie boards, cold appetizers, dressings, and garnishes. The Cold Kitchen Cook will be responsible for the meticulous preparation and assembly of these items, adhering strictly to established recipes and presentation standards. This position involves setting up and stocking the pantry station, particularly for breakfast and brunch service, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh, properly labeled, and stored according to food safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Maintain proper food handling, labeling, and storage procedures
  • Monitor product freshness and minimize waste
