Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18
  • ability to work Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
  • experience in food preparation and cooking, particularly eggs and omelets
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • capability to work within a team
  • strong communication skills
  • physical ability to stand and work for extended periods
  • willingness to uphold company core values

Job Qualifications

  • at least 18 years of age
  • eagerness to learn and grow as a professional in the food service industry
  • experience working in a team environment ideally in a culinary setting
  • knowledge and ability to prep, prepare and present food on a buffet
  • skilled in cooking eggs and omelets to order
  • knowledgeable in food sanitation guidelines
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment as needed

Job Duties

  • prepare breakfast including eggs to order for residents and guests
  • work collaboratively with the Culinary and Dining Services team under the Executive Chef
  • ensure highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the kitchen
  • present high-quality food that is appetizing and personalized to residents' preferences
  • set the daily foundation for successful execution of all meal periods
  • embody core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
  • contribute to a positive dining experience for residents and guests
