Job Requirements

Willingness to submit and pass background check and drug screen
Ability to relocate or commute to Louisville, KY
Availability to work day, evening, or night shifts
Customer service experience of at least one year
GED is desired but not required with free program offered for employees once hired permanently

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One year of customer service experience required
Barista experience preferred but not required
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Willingness to learn and complete employer-provided training programs

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly and handle cash register transactions accurately
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
Assist with inventory checks and restocking when necessary
Adhere to company policies, including background checks and drug screen requirements
Collaborate with team members to support smooth store operations
Participate in training and completion of educational programs offered by the employer
