Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift
  • must be able to twist, tow, reach, bend, climb and carry objects
  • must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
  • must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment with high noise levels
  • must be able to work inside and outside year-round
  • weekend availability is mandatory
  • prior experience in similar hospitality environment
  • full-time employment availability

  • Experience working in a high volume restaurant and cafe environment
  • energetic, outgoing, and sincere about providing hospitality
  • strong ability to work under pressure maintaining a warm presence
  • motivated to continue learning
  • maintain understanding of proper FOH steps of service
  • skilled in preparing smoothies, bowls, and juices
  • detail-oriented in prepping menu offerings
  • high level interest in wellness and nutrition

Job Duties

  • Deliver an approachable refined hospitality experience consistently
  • have a flexible schedule including weekend availability
  • attentively engage with guests and team
  • share thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu
  • input orders accurately into POS system
  • clear and reset tables as needed
  • perform opening and closing side work
  • monitor, restock, and replenish service item par levels, inventory and supplies
  • ensure work area complies with health codes at all times
  • communicate effectively through active listening with guests and teammates
