Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift
- must be able to twist, tow, reach, bend, climb and carry objects
- must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment with high noise levels
- must be able to work inside and outside year-round
- weekend availability is mandatory
- prior experience in similar hospitality environment
- full-time employment availability

- Experience working in a high volume restaurant and cafe environment
- energetic, outgoing, and sincere about providing hospitality
- strong ability to work under pressure maintaining a warm presence
- motivated to continue learning
- maintain understanding of proper FOH steps of service
- skilled in preparing smoothies, bowls, and juices
- detail-oriented in prepping menu offerings
- high level interest in wellness and nutrition
Job Duties
- Deliver an approachable refined hospitality experience consistently
- have a flexible schedule including weekend availability
- attentively engage with guests and team
- share thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu
- input orders accurately into POS system
- clear and reset tables as needed
- perform opening and closing side work
- monitor, restock, and replenish service item par levels, inventory and supplies
- ensure work area complies with health codes at all times
- communicate effectively through active listening with guests and teammates
