Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift
- Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while multitasking and handling stressful situations
- Must be able to twist, tow push or pull, reach, bend, climb and carry objects as necessary
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment in the presence of high noise levels, bright lights and dust
- Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed

Job Qualifications
- Energetic, outgoing, and sincere about providing hospitality
- Experience working in a high volume restaurant and cafe environment
- Strong ability to work under pressure while maintaining a graceful, warm presence
- Motivated to continue learning
- Understanding of the proper steps of service required of all FOH service positions
- Experience creating smoothies, bowls, and juices
- Detail oriented in prepping menu offerings
- High level interest in wellness and nutrition
Job Duties
- Consistent delivery of an approachable refined hospitality experience
- Willing to have a flexible schedule
- Always attentive to guests and team
- Share thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu to answer guest and team questions
- Input all orders accurately into the POS system
- Clear and reset tables when needed
- Demonstrate understanding of steps of service
- Engage in communication and active listening to effectively deliver accurate messaging
- Perform opening and closing side work
- Monitor, restock, and replenish service item par levels, inventory, and supplies
- Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times
