- Minimum of 2 years of fine dining experience
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capability to lift 25 lbs
- Capable of bending, climbing or working in confined spaces
- Must be self-motivated and detail oriented

- Availability to work flexible schedules based on restaurant needs
- Food handler's card if required by local or state law

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional customer service by quickly and efficiently clearing restaurant tables
- Carry large loads of dishes to kitchen for washing
- Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance
- Maintain overall cleanliness of dining room and restrooms
- Ensure tables are set with the correct placement of silverware and glasses
- Assist the waiter staff to ensure timely table clearing
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards throughout service
