Job Requirements

3 plus years of bartender or mixologist experience in upscale high-volume restaurants
AM availability
Strong interpersonal skills and team player personality
Strong understanding of wine varietals and classic and craft cocktails
Genuine eagerness to provide exceptional hospitality
Willingness to take direction and grow within the industry
Professional polished and personable demeanor
Responsible alcohol service and accurate cash handling
Desire to be part of a dynamic team
Experience with Italian cuisine and wine is a plus

Job Qualifications

At least 3 years of bartending or mixology experience in upscale high-volume restaurants
Strong wine knowledge and cocktail-making skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work morning shifts (AM availability)
Professional and polished demeanor

Prepare and serve classic and craft cocktails with care and consistency
Demonstrate strong knowledge of wine varietals and beverage program
Provide exceptional guest hospitality and personalized service
Handle cash and alcoholic beverage service responsibly
Collaborate effectively with team members in a high-volume upscale environment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Comply with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
