At The Lake House, each day offers the exciting opportunity to craft a unique customer experience in an enchanting setting, complemented by attentive service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Sunriver Resort takes pride in fostering a culture rooted in trust, open and honest communication, and commitment—core values that underpin every interaction with guests and team members alike. This position entails crafting exceptional morning beverages, ranging from expertly made coffee to carefully mixed cocktails, ensuring that all offerings meet strict quality and presentation criteria. The successful candidate will be the first point of beverage service interaction in the morning, setting the tone for the guest's entire day.
In addition to beverage preparation, the AM Bartender/Barista is responsible for adhering to legal age restrictions when serving alcoholic beverages, and upholding rigorous cleanliness and safety standards in compliance with OLCC, Food Handler, and CPR protocols. They will be tasked with managing stock levels, ensuring the bar area is pristine, and maintaining all aspects of bar operations with professionalism and efficiency. Moreover, the role includes using POS systems effectively to process orders and payments, which requires accuracy and attention to detail.
Sunriver Resort emphasizes a hands-on approach where the AM Bartender/Barista also assists in upholding the AAA Four Diamond standards by delivering outstanding customer service and personalized guest interactions. This role encourages proactive problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve any guest concerns or issues. The AM Bartender/Barista acts as an ambassador for the resort's culture, promoting its mission to be the destination of choice for guests, owners, and associates alike.
