Job Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Open availability to work all shifts including AM, PM, mid shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift at least 30lbs and stand for extended periods
- TIPS certification
- ServSafe Food Handler Training Certification
Job Qualifications
- Coffee shop experience strongly preferred but not required
- Cash handling experience preferred
- At least one year of customer service experience

Job Duties
- Provide efficient and friendly customer service at all times
- Maintain a clean, professional, and top quality Lobby Bar
- Up-sell beverages, pastries, and other selections
- Accurately process transactions
- Prepare gourmet coffee and specialty beverages
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
