As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for transforming individual guest rooms into pristine retreats featuring freshly made beds with crisp linens, well-stocked supplies, and immaculately cleaned furnishings. Additionally, you will engage in periodic deep cleaning tasks such as changing air conditioning filters and handling minor maintenance jobs like touch-up painting, ensuring the hotel consistently looks its best.
You will act as a Guest Happiness Hero by providing friendly and attentive service to guests, stepping in promptly to assist when needed, and maintaining a positive and approachable attitude. Working safely is paramount in this role, so you will be vigilant about keeping both guests and colleagues safe by monitoring sensitive areas and adhering to all safety protocols.
