This environment champions energy, inclusivity, and a progressive approach to hospitality service, perfectly blending comfort with innovation.

The role of Food & Beverage Manager at Aloft Henderson is a pivotal leadership position requiring a passionate individual who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced hospitality setting. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be entrusted with ensuring that every guest experience is memorable, by upholding superior service standards and fostering a positive team environment. A key aspect of this role is to ensure the quality of food and beverage offerings meets the highest standards, alongside crafting engaging promotions to enhance guest satisfaction. In addition to inventory management and beverage purchasing, the Food & Beverage Manager serves as the crucial communication link within the team, addresses guest concerns promptly, and implements problem-solving strategies to maintain exceptional service. This role demands adaptability, a proactive attitude, and the ability to perform diverse tasks including attendance at meetings and analysis of operational reports. This position is ideal for a seasoned hospitality professional with at least five years of progressive experience or relevant educational background, looking to contribute to a lively, innovative hotel environment where excellence in customer service and team success are highly valued. The hotel emphasizes inclusion, support, and career growth opportunities, complemented by competitive pay and comprehensive benefits after an initial waiting period.
