Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- prior experience in management preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings or late nights

Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- monitor and report team performance
- oversee Guest Service Department including sales promotions and service training
- ensure kitchen delivers quality food and controls food cost
- recruit, train, and schedule crew members to meet sales and profit goals
