Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment
- prior management experience preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and managers
- ensure sales promotions are executed properly
- train staff in service and production procedures
- organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- hire, train, schedule, recognize, and motivate crew members to meet sales and profit goals
