Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- ability to operate POS/cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- ability to communicate effectively with management, store employees, customers, and donors
- must pass background check including criminal history and sex offender registry
- physical ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist intermittently or continuously
- ability to grasp, push, and pull objects such as carts and fixtures
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive motion tasks
- ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Greet customers and donors promptly and courteously
- stock and price items for merchandising on the sales floor
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and donation area
- perform cleaning duties as assigned by management
- operate POS/cash register according to TSA policies
- follow safety and compliance standards
- attend monthly store meetings
- receive and stock incoming inventory accurately
- inspect products for quality assurance
- assist donors with unloading items and provide receipts
- sort and stack donated materials properly
- perform other duties as assigned by management
