Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years or older
- High school diploma or education equivalent required
- Previous server and customer service experience preferred
- Demonstrates commitment to guest service excellence and ethical conduct
- Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License
- Food Handler, ServSafe Certification, TIPS Alcohol Certification
- Ability to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
- Full time availability

Job Duties
- Practices, supports, and maintains the mission, vision and values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC
- Familiarizes with service standards for the restaurant, especially table setups, beverage service and pre-busing of tables
- Cleans and resets tables in accordance with established procedures and sanitation guidelines
- Stocks service stations, glasses, cups, silverware, etc.
- Cleans restaurant, floors, carpet, service stations, etc.
- Monitors and ensures cleanliness of all place settings, tabletops, seats, and floor
- Leaves money or guest checks on tables
- Performs customer service duties as assigned such as beverage and plate service
- Communicates with host/hostess for seating needs and any guest service issues
- Performs various stock supply duties to maintain par levels of all equipment and dining supplies
- Properly stocks and maintains outlet side stations
- Clears and sets tables in designated station
- Attends periodic meetings and training sessions
- Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations
- Promotes positive public and employee relations
- Presents oneself in a neat and clean appearance at all times
- Performs other duties as assigned
