Job Description
Aldo's Café Manager oversees daily operations while providing excellent customer service and exceeding guests' expectations. A successful Café Manager has strong communication skills, is attentive to details, and always leads by example. The ideal candidate for this role is a hands-on leader dedicated to creating and maintaining a positive work environment. The Café Manager must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and at times, lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Job Requirements
- 1+ year(s) barista experience required
- 6+ months experience in a leadership role required
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with brewing equipment
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations & ability to obtain Serv Safe certification
- Ability to gauge customers' preferences
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
