The role of Responsible Alcohol Service Supervisor at Legends Global is pivotal to ensuring the safe and compliant service of alcohol throughout the venue. Under the direction of management, the incumbent will oversee all employee adherence to state and company alcohol policies. This involves stepping in to assist staff with any alcohol-related challenges, observing and documenting related incidents, and managing cut-off times for alcohol service as needed. The supervisor will also conduct pre-shift meetings to brief compliance teams prior to events and hold post-event meetings to review the day's outcomes.
This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining responsible alcohol service standards according to federal, state, and local regulations, along with company and venue policies. The supervisor will uphold safety and compliance within a fast-paced, high-energy environment such as sporting or entertainment venues, where quick decision-making and clear communication are essential. Interaction with guests, employees, and volunteers to foster a positive atmosphere while guaranteeing policy adherence is a central aspect of the role.
Ideal candidates should be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple demands and adapt rapidly to evolving circumstances. They will possess excellent communication skills and have a demonstrated history of working effectively in fast-paced environments. Staying vigilant about safety, regulatory compliance, and guest satisfaction defines success in this role. Responsible alcohol service certification is required, and flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, is expected.
