Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age
previous experience in cake decorating or bakery preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to lift up to 50 lbs
must adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
good customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

Icing sheet cakes and decorating with spatulas, icing bags and icing tips per customer order or at decorators' discretion
providing memorable customer service during daily customer interactions
preparation of food, including baking bread, decorating cookies, creating fresh offerings
sharing food knowledge with customers
cleaning, food safety, safety, and sanitation
day to day production, merchandising, and quality control of all department offerings
stocking, rotating, and merchandising department products
all other related duties as assigned
