The Airside Experience Specialist role at Signature Aviation places you at the forefront of this premium service. As the face of the private aviation terminal, you are responsible for delivering a seamless, personalized, and welcoming experience to every guest, crew member, and aircraft. This role blends exceptional hospitality with hands-on operational support, ensuring that from wheels down to wheels up, guests receive attentive care. The role demands a service-first mindset and professionalism as you engage with guests and operate ground service equipment such as fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, ground power units, tugs, and stair trucks. You will also be involved in various aircraft ground services including fueling, de-icing, lavatory maintenance, ground power, potable water services, parking, marshalling, wing walking, catering delivery, and towing.

This demanding and dynamic position requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to thrive outdoors in all weather conditions around active aircraft. Safety is paramount, and you will be expected to proactively identify and report safety concerns, enforce all safety, operational, and guest service protocols, and follow emergency response procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you collaborate closely with team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crew to ensure all service needs are met efficiently and courteously. You will also play a vital role in fueling handling, including quality control, inventory management, and maintaining accurate documentation.
