As an Airside Experience Specialist at Signature Aviation, you will serve as the welcoming face of one of the company’s private aviation terminals, playing an essential role in ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for every guest, crew member, and aircraft under Signature's care. This multifaceted position requires a blend of exceptional hospitality and hands-on operational support. From wheel down to wheel up, you will be responsible for not only engaging guests with professionalism and a service-first attitude but also performing critical aircraft ground services and operating ground service equipment. Your role is vital in contributing to the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of airside activities, including fueling, de-icing, lavatory servicing, ground power and potable water services, marshalling, wing walking, catering delivery, and towing.
This is a demanding job that requires schedule flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays. You must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions around active aircraft and bustling airside environments. Your proactive approach will ensure that tasks are completed promptly, safety protocols are strictly followed, and potential hazards are immediately reported. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and security of ramps and operational areas, managing fuel quality control and inventory, and accurately documenting all activities. Strong teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, guests, clients, vendors, and crew members are essential for success in this role.
Candidates who thrive in fast-paced, luxury-driven settings, who take pride in creating memorable guest experiences, and who are excited by the dynamic energy of the runway will find this position highly rewarding. Signature Aviation values dedicated professionals who exhibit good judgment, embrace continuous learning through comprehensive training programs, and consistently uphold the highest standards of operational safety and guest service. The pay range for this position is between $23.00 and $26.75 per hour, reflecting factors such as skills, education, shift work, responsibilities, experience, and geographic location.
