Job Requirements
- Must be flexible to work all shifts including holidays and weekends
- Ability to operate a computer to enter and retrieve data
- Ability to utilize radio equipment for communications
- Ability to lift 70lbs consistently
- Requires ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to pass all pre-screening clearances applicable to position qualifications
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in English both oral and written
- Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced operational environment

- Previous supervisory experience required
- Previous service or operational experience required
- Ability to manage airport operations independently
- Cross-utilized experience above the wing and below the wing required

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager with day-to-day operations, service, financial and team performance
- Responsible for day-to-day operational and financial performance of assigned station, monitoring performance against plan and initiating corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements including security checkpoint and GSC responsibilities
- Set a positive example for station team to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain a positive work environment, strong employee relations, and collaborative relationships
- Solicit customer feedback to understand needs and improve travel experience
- Demonstrate a calm demeanor during high volume or irregular operations
- Provide coaching and direction to the station team to achieve operational goals
- Manage station budget, staffing forecasts and resource requirements
- Maintain station facilities, equipment, and professional appearance standards
- Ensure compliance with Station controls and Internal Audit standards
- Maintain strong relationships with OAL, airport authorities, vendors, governmental authorities, and internal divisions
- Manage vendor service contracts as required
- Provide remote support for other UGE functions as needed
- Work beyond scheduled times during irregular operations or business needs
