The Airport Services Concierge role at JSX is a critical front-line position where you become the face of the company and the embodiment of its values. Responsibilities in this role rotate among various key airport service functions including Check-in Agent, Boarding Agent, Security Screening Support, and Ground Security Coordinator. Duties involve greeting customers warmly, verifying identification, managing boarding procedures, conducting security screenings, assisting flight crews, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked lounge. Occasionally, this role may require handling valet services to assist with valet parking and customer vehicle retrieval.
