The Airport Services Concierge role at JSX is a critical front-line position where you become the face of the company and the embodiment of its values. This part-time position—limited to no more than 25 hours per week without overtime—offers a dynamic work environment with varied responsibilities that keep every shift engaging and rewarding. As an Airport Services Concierge, you will welcome customers as their first point of contact, ensuring that their travel experience is smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from the moment they arrive at the lounge.
Responsibilities in this role rotate among various key airport service functions including Check-in Agent, Boarding Agent, Security Screening Support, and Ground Security Coordinator. Duties involve greeting customers warmly, verifying identification, managing boarding procedures, conducting security screenings, assisting flight crews, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked lounge. Occasionally, this role may require handling valet services to assist with valet parking and customer vehicle retrieval.

Job Requirements
- must be U.S. citizen and pass federal background checks
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to occasionally lift 75+ pounds
- ability to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and standing for long periods
- availability for flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
- valid driver’s license
- compliant with DOT and FAA drug and alcohol screening
- certified as Ground Security Coordinator
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- customer service experience
- aviation experience preferred
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends
Job Duties
- greet customers and assist with check-in
- verify identification and print boarding passes
- lead the boarding process and make clear announcements
- operate security screening equipment and inspect flagged baggage
- serve as communication hub between ground team and flight crew
- maintain a clean and well-stocked lounge
- perform valet parking services when scheduled
