Job Requirements

  • Specialized training beyond high school level
  • Two years of experience in large facility operations or maintenance
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances
  • Willingness to work shift schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
  • Strong coordination and motor skills
  • Experience in supervision or leadership roles preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Specialized training in custodial or facility management principles
  • Two years of experience in facility operations or maintenance
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage diverse teams
  • Familiarity with airport operations is a plus
  • Multilingual skills advantageous

Job Duties

  • Plan, organize and direct daily custodial operations
  • Inspect and monitor work crews for schedule compliance
  • Track work orders, materials and labor in the INFOR system
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
  • Assist in interviewing, training, and supervising personnel
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
  • Manage inventory and budget for custodial supplies
