Job Requirements
- Specialized training beyond high school level
- Two years of experience in large facility operations or maintenance
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances
- Willingness to work shift schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Strong coordination and motor skills
- Experience in supervision or leadership roles preferred
Job Qualifications
- Specialized training in custodial or facility management principles
- Two years of experience in facility operations or maintenance
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage diverse teams
- Familiarity with airport operations is a plus
- Multilingual skills advantageous
Job Duties
- Plan, organize and direct daily custodial operations
- Inspect and monitor work crews for schedule compliance
- Track work orders, materials and labor in the INFOR system
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Assist in interviewing, training, and supervising personnel
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
- Manage inventory and budget for custodial supplies
