Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service if applicable
- valid alcohol service certification like TIPS or TEAM if required
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- excellent attendance and punctuality
- ability to use hands and arms for handling and reaching
- ability to taste and smell
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of alcohol service regulations
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests
- present menus and introduce specials or menu changes
- provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine
- answer questions about menu items, allergens, and preparation
- accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen
- confirm orders with guests
- check all items for quality and completeness
- monitor guest needs
- respond to requests and address concerns or complaints
- perform significant walking and mobility tasks
- stand for extended periods of time
- lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- perform repetitive motions
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs
