The Airport Lounge Wait Staff position is a full-time opportunity based at the American Airlines Admirals Club in Orlando International Airport (MCO). The role offers a competitive pay rate of $17.25 per hour, making it an attractive option for individuals seeking steady employment in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. This role requires flexible and open availability due to varying shifts and hours, with more specifics provided during the interview process. It demands significant physical activity, including extended periods of standing or walking throughout an entire shift that can exceed eight hours, and the ability to lift and move items responsibly. The successful candidate will greet and seat guests, introduce and explain menu specials, provide knowledgeable meal and beverage recommendations, and take accurate orders while ensuring high standards of presentation and service quality.

In addition to serving guests, the Airport Lounge Wait Staff will also be responsible for monitoring guest needs attentively, responding promptly to requests, and resolving any concerns with professionalism and care. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • 0 to 1 year related experience
  • ability to walk or stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • ability to perform repetitive motions
  • ability to use hands to finger, handle, or reach
  • ability to taste and smell
  • compliance with minimum age requirements to serve alcohol in relevant jurisdictions
  • willingness to work varying shifts and open availability preferred
  • reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Job Duties
