Job Requirements
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- ability to use hands to finger, handle, or reach
- ability to taste and smell
- compliance with minimum age requirements to serve alcohol in relevant jurisdictions
- willingness to work varying shifts and open availability preferred
- reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification if applicable
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- strong customer service skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- understanding of menu items and allergen information
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests
- present menus and introduce specials or menu changes
- provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine
- answer questions about menu items, allergens, and preparation
- accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen
- confirm orders with guests
- check all items for quality and completeness
- monitor guest needs and respond to requests
- address concerns or complaints with professionalism
- assist with significant walking or other means of mobility
- perform repetitive motions
- attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time
- other duties as assigned based on business necessities
