Job Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol based on local city and state regulations if applicable
- may require a valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification, and must comply with all state-specific alcohol training requirements
- ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, possibly exceeding 8 hours
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, push or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
- ability to use hands to finger, handle, feel or reach with hands and arms
- ability to taste and smell
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- significant walking or other means of mobility
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes
- provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine, and answer questions about menu items, allergens, and preparation
- accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen, confirm orders with guests, and process them in the correct sequence
- check all items for quality and completeness, ensuring that presentations are attractive, appetizing, and consistent
- monitor guest needs, respond to requests, and address concerns or complaints with professionalism
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
