In addition to a competitive hourly wage, employees benefit from a supportive work environment that respects work-life balance, paid time off, holiday benefits, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings options like 401(k). Site-specific additional benefits may include free meals during shifts, uniforms, safety shoes, transportation support, and parking allowances.

Working at Sodexo means being part of a company deeply committed to equity and inclusion, where each employee's voice is heard, and everyone is respected regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected status.
