As an Airport Lounge Wait Staff member, your role is pivotal in welcoming and attending to travelers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable and comfortable airport lounge experience.

This position involves working afternoon and evening shifts on varying days, which will be clarified during the interview process. The Airport Lounge Wait Staff is responsible for delivering courteous, prompt service without tipping, operating with integrity and a focus on guest satisfaction. Duties include seating guests, presenting menus, serving food at limited tables using proper etiquette, handling payments or directing customers to the cashier, and assisting with food preparation and storage as needed.
